Alternative description
The Sleepover Friends are going to be in a wedding! Patti’s Uncle Nick and their substitute teacher, Ms. Chipley, are getting married, and the girls will be junior bridesmaids. They pick out a dress and excitedly await the big day.
Meanwhile, the girls come up with another matchmaking scheme—involving the mysterious owner of a 1942 Riverhurst High School ring they’ve found and Lauren’s grumpy neighbor, Mr. Winkler, also a ’42 graduate.
But suddenly, Stephanie starts acting strange. She avoids her friends, and won’t tell them what’s wrong. Is there another wedding in the works—for Stephanie’s Nana?
