Das vorliegende deutsch-bulgarische Bildwörterbuch schließt sich in seinem Aufbau an die Reihe unserer bereits erschienenen Bildwörterbücher an. Bei der Zusammenstellung der Tafeln kam es uns besonders darauf an, die Fortschritte in Naturwissenschaft und Technik und die Entwicklung des gesellschaftlichen Lebens so weil wie möglich zu berücksichtigen und in Bild und Text widerzuspiegeln. Das Bildwörterbuch wendet sich in erster Linie an deutschsprachige Benutzer, Lehrende wie Lernende, Fortgeschrittene wie Anfänger, denen es durch die Vielfalt des dargebotenen Materials wertvolle Hilfe und eine Fülle von Anregungen zu geben vermag. Aber auch der Bulgarisch sprechende Benutzer wird Gewinn aus diesem Nachschlagewerk ziehen. Ein ausführliches Register (deutsch und bulgarisch) wird die sichere Auswertung und Handhabung des Wortguts noch erleichtern.Илюстрованият речник е предназначен на първо място за германисти — преподаватели и учащи се, напреднали и начинаещи, които ще получат от него ценна помощ и добро насърчение благодарение на разнообразието на предложения материал. Но и българинът ще извлече полза от този справочник. Подробният азбучен указател (на немски и български език) също ще допринесе за успешна работа със словното богатство и приложението му на практика.
